The Ministry of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development - Energy Transition Department is organizing a competitive recruitment examination for fourteen third-grade technical positions. This initiative represents a significant opportunity for qualified Moroccan professionals to contribute to the nation's energy transformation goals while building a stable public sector career.
The examination will take place on Sunday, May 24, 2026, at the National School of Mines in Rabat. Successful candidates will fill fourteen third-grade technical positions specializing in industrial chemistry, classified under scale 9. These roles are strategically important for supporting Morocco's ambitious energy transition policies and sustainable development objectives.
The competition is open to Moroccan nationals aged between 18 and 40 years as of January 1 of the current year. Applicants must hold a specialized technical diploma issued by a vocational training institution established according to Decree No. 2.86.325, or an equivalent certificate recognized under current regulatory provisions. The industrial chemistry specialization requires specific technical competencies relevant to the energy sector's needs.
The administration reserves 25% of the available positions for individuals with status as resistance fighters, dependents of the nation, former military personnel, or veterans. Additionally, 7% of positions are allocated to persons with disabilities holding valid disability cards. Successful candidates will be appointed based on merit and specialization, ensuring fair representation while maintaining qualification standards.

Any application file received after the specified deadline, incomplete, or missing required documentation will not be considered and will be kept without response.
The list of candidates admitted to take the examination, as well as the results of written, oral, and practical tests, will be published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma and the ministry's website www.mem.gov.ma, which will serve as official summons for concerned candidates.
Candidates definitively successful in this competition are required to complete their files with all administrative documents required by regulation for appointment to public service positions.
