Al Omrane Group (GAO), the strategic public entity responsible for implementing government policy in housing and territorial development, is recruiting for the position of Topographic Technician (01 position) at its Fes Meknes branch. Key Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will undertake a range of core tasks essential to sustaining the group's land-related activities. Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting land prospection and acquisition, including opportunity assessments, feasibility studies, and administrative management of the purchase process.
  • Implementing the Group's Project Management Procedure (PGP).
  • Supporting compensation and land release processes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Overseeing topographic survey operations, from purchase requests to deliverable validation.
  • Managing relationships with the State Domains Directorate, Land Conservation, and Cadastre services through to land title subdivision.
  • Entering land title data into dedicated information systems.
  • Maintaining active monitoring and foresight in land prospection.
  • Ensuring legal clearance and land regularization for operations.
  • Inventorying and managing the company's real estate assets using Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

Required Qualifications and Profile

Interested applicants must meet the following conditions:

  • Hold a specialized technician diploma in Topography (minimum BAC+2 level) or an equivalent state-recognized qualification.
  • Possess at least four (04) years of professional experience in land management and topography.
  • Demonstrate geographical mobility as required by service needs.
