Competition and Position Details

The commune announces one position (01) within the framework of regular recruitment, with 90% of positions allocated to resistance fighters, wards of the nation, and former military personnel, and 7% to persons with disabilities holding a disability card, in accordance with Decree No. 2.97.218 of September 19, 1997.

Application Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Moroccan nationality
• Age between 18 and 40 years as of January 1 of the current year, with possible extension to 45 years for former civil servants
• Technical diploma issued by vocational training institutions or equivalent diploma according to Decree No. 2.12.90
• Specialization in one of the following fields: computer networks, computer programming, maintenance, information systems, or IT development

Competition Stages and Tests

The competition includes two main phases:

Written Test

Lasting three hours (3), it includes a general subject or multiple-choice questions concerning professional functions and competencies of territorial communities. Only candidates obtaining an average of at least 12/20 are admitted to the oral test.

Oral or Practical Test

Aiming to evaluate the candidate's practical abilities in the required specialty, with discussion on various topics related to professional functions.
