Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Moroccan nationality.
- Maximum age of 45 years at the date of publication of the decision.
- Bac+5 degree (ENCG, ISCAE, Master) in Audit & Management Control, Statistics, Operations Research, Finance, Risk Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Risk Management, Incident Management, Internal Control, or Audit.

Selection Process
After reviewing applications, the list of selected candidates for the test will be published on www.cmr.gov.ma and www.emploi-public.ma. Tests will take place at CMR headquarters (Avenue El Arar, Hay Ryad, Rabat). A committee will conduct evaluation interviews with eligible candidates. Only candidates scoring 12/20 or higher will be ranked by merit. If a successful candidate declines, the next candidate on the waiting list will be contacted.
Main Responsibilities
- Participate in designing and improving the CMR risk management framework (identification, assessment, prioritization, and treatment of all risk types).
- Help develop the risk map and ensure its periodic update.
- Establish risk control plans and monitor their implementation.
- Produce monitoring and reporting reports on risk management.
- Maintain the risk and incident register.
- Contribute to developing a risk culture within the organization.
