The Ministry of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment and Skills (Employment Sector) announces a recruitment competition for 4 positions of Labor Inspector of the 3rd grade (scale 10), specialty private law. This competition aims to strengthen the ministry's capacity to monitor and enforce labor legislation, ensuring fair working conditions for all.

Labor inspectors are public officials responsible for monitoring the application of social legislation, particularly the Labor Code. Their duties include:

The competition will be held on Sunday, May 24, 2026, at locations to be announced later. It consists of two written exams and one oral exam. The written exams cover a general topic on social and economic issues and a specialty exam in private law. Successful candidates from the written stage will proceed to an oral exam assessing communication and analytical skills.

Successful candidates will be hired under the civil service system at scale 10. The monthly salary ranges from 5500 to 6500 MAD, plus additional allowances and bonuses as per legal provisions.
