Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Moroccan nationality.
  • Maximum age of 45 years at the date of publication of this decision.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Law with a grade of Good or higher, preferably in Administrative Law, Business Law, or equivalent. For degrees from private or foreign institutions, an equivalence certificate is required.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar position.

Main Responsibilities

The Litigation Officer will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing and processing litigation files, ensuring compliance with legal procedures.
  • Monitoring cases before competent courts.
  • Managing relationships with lawyers and the Judicial Agency of the Kingdom.
  • Representing CMR before judicial authorities upon request.
  • Coordinating with internal departments to handle disputed cases.
  • Maintaining and updating the repository of responses to institutional claims and litigation files.
  • Conducting legal monitoring by updating the case law repository.
  • Producing regular reports on litigation activity.

Required Skills

  • Mastery of procedural law, administrative law, and basics of civil law.
  • Good knowledge of the Kingdom's judicial organization.
  • Proficiency in legal and administrative drafting techniques.
  • Ability to analyze and handle complex legal cases.
  • Proficiency in document management and evidence techniques.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Rigor and organizational skills.
  • Analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
