The Caisse Marocaine des Retraites (CMR) announces a recruitment competition for a Management Controller. This is a regular recruitment for one position. The Management Controller will be responsible for designing and implementing performance monitoring tools, analyzing financial data, and contributing to cost management within the organization.
Candidates must be Moroccan nationals, aged 45 or less at the date of publication of this decision, and meet the required profile as detailed in the annex. All eligible candidates will be invited and notified by registered mail and email.

The list of candidates selected for the test will be published on www.cmr.gov.ma and www.emploi-public.ma. The test will be held at the CMR headquarters in Rabat (Avenue El Arar, Hay Ryad) during the week of June 29, 2026. Candidates who score at least 12/20 in the interview will be ranked by merit.
