Recruitment Competition for Management Controller at Caisse Marocaine des Retraites

The Caisse Marocaine des Retraites (CMR) announces a recruitment competition for a Management Controller. This is a regular recruitment for one position. The Management Controller will be responsible for designing and implementing performance monitoring tools, analyzing financial data, and contributing to cost management within the organization.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be Moroccan nationals, aged 45 or less at the date of publication of this decision, and meet the required profile as detailed in the annex. All eligible candidates will be invited and notified by registered mail and email.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bac+5 degree in Statistics, Applied Economics, Operational Research, Audit and Management Control, Financial and Accounting Management, or equivalent. Degrees must be from Grandes Écoles, ENCG, ISCAE, or public Moroccan universities. Private or foreign degrees require equivalency documentation.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in management control or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement management tools (KPIs, dashboards, reporting).
• Collect, validate, and consolidate data for indicator measurement.
• Analyze results and propose improvement solutions.
• Prepare monthly and annual activity reports.
• Participate in cost calculation and analysis.

Required Skills

• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of statistics and management control techniques.
• Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
• Solid understanding of general accounting and cost analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Knowledge of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning for predictive analytics.
• Excellent writing skills in Arabic and French.

The list of candidates selected for the test will be published on www.cmr.gov.ma and www.emploi-public.ma. The test will be held at the CMR headquarters in Rabat (Avenue El Arar, Hay Ryad) during the week of June 29, 2026. Candidates who score at least 12/20 in the interview will be ranked by merit.
