Recruitment Competition for a Land Heritage Manager at the National Ports Agency

The National Ports Agency (ANP) is organizing a competition to recruit one (01) Land Heritage Manager (Cadre Gestionnaire du Patrimoine Foncier) classified as Senior Executive. This role is crucial for optimizing the management of the agency's land assets.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a Master's degree (Bac+5 minimum) from a recognized public or private institution in one of these fields: Land Law, Real Estate Law, Land Management or equivalent.
  • Be at most 40 years old by December 31, 2026.
  • Be of Moroccan nationality.
  • Experience in land management, real estate, or state property is desirable.

Main Duties

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the agency's land files.
  • Preparing contracts and agreements related to property.
  • Monitoring land registration and conservation operations.
  • Providing legal advice on land matters.
  • Contributing to the development of the ANP's land strategy.
