Recruitment Competition for 8 Technicians (3rd Grade) at Benmansour Commune

The commune of Benmansour, in the province of Kénitra, is organizing a recruitment competition to fill 8 positions of technician (3rd grade, scale 9) for the year 2026. This initiative aims to enhance the commune's technical workforce in the fields of civil engineering and information technology, enabling better management of development projects and improved public services for citizens.

Required Specialties

  • Specialized technician in civil engineering or major works: 3 positions.
  • Specialized technician in IT (software development or IT maintenance): 5 positions.

25% of the positions are reserved for candidates with the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military, or veteran, and 7% for persons with disabilities.

Eligibility Conditions

  • Moroccan nationality.
  • Age between 18 and 40 years old on January 1, 2026, with possible extension of the upper age limit by the duration of valid or validable services for retirement, not exceeding 45 years.
  • Hold a specialized technician diploma awarded by vocational training institutions established under Decree No. 2.86.325 of January 9, 1987, or an equivalent recognized diploma.

Application File

The application file must include the following documents:

  • A handwritten application addressed to the President of Benmansour Commune, stating full name, permanent address, signature, phone number, and email.
  • A copy of the national identity card.
  • A large envelope bearing the candidate's name and address and the competition title.
  • A copy of the required diploma or certificate, or the equivalence attestation.
  • A curriculum vitae (CV) with a recent photo, including work certificates or professional experience if applicable.
  • A written authorization to take the competition from the employing administration for civil servants.
  • A copy of the certificate proving status as a resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military, or veteran (for those concerned).
  • A certificate of registration on the list of persons with disabilities (for persons with disabilities).
  • A copy of the diploma equivalence certificate for diplomas issued by private institutions.

How to Submit

Application files must be deposited at the registry office of Benmansour Commune against receipt, or sent by registered mail to the following address: Human Resources Department, Benmansour Commune, during working hours from the date of publication of this notice until July 10, 2026, which is the final deadline (the postmark date is considered).

Candidates with the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military, or person with disabilities must submit their applications through the administrations responsible for managing their affairs, accompanied by a certificate proving their status. Any incomplete file or file submitted after the deadline will be rejected.

Competition Tests

The competition includes one written test and one oral or practical test:

  • Written test: General subject or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) related to the tasks or functions to be filled or to the competencies of territorial communities. Duration: 3 hours.
  • Oral or practical test: Discussion with the candidate on various topics and issues, or a practical test in the required specialty to assess their ability to perform the tasks associated with the grade. Duration: between 15 and 45 minutes.

The written test is scored from 0 to 20. The jury will draw up the list of successful candidates within the limit of the positions to be filled, as well as a waiting list ranked by merit, among candidates who achieved an average score of at least 10 out of 20.

Competition Date

The competition will be held on Sunday, July 26, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at Benmansour Commune. The list of candidates admitted to take the tests will be published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma, on the portal of the General Directorate of Local Authorities, and on the electronic portals of the commune and the prefecture or province concerned, if available. This publication serves as a summons for candidates.
