Details of the Recruitment Competition for Third-Grade Technicians at Ras El Ain

The commune of Ras El Ain, in the province of Youssoufia, announces a recruitment competition for the grade of third-grade technician (scale 9) and fourth-grade technician (scale 8) for the year 2026. This competition aims to select qualified candidates to fill vacant positions within the commune, with 25% of positions reserved for resistance members, former military personnel, and their dependents, and 7% for persons with disabilities.

Number of Positions and Specialties

  • Third-Grade Technician (Scale 9): 5 positions in IT development.
  • Fourth-Grade Technician (Scale 8): 4 positions in IT management.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Moroccan nationality.
  • Aged at least 18 and at most 40 (can be extended to 45 in certain cases).
  • Required diploma: technician diploma from vocational training institutes established under Decree No. 2.86.325 in the required specialty, or an equivalent certificate.

Competition Tests

  • Written test: 3 hours, coefficient 4, covering a general topic or multiple-choice questions related to the job.
  • Oral or practical test: 15 to 30 minutes, coefficient 5, involving a discussion or a practical test in the specialty.
  • Candidates must score at least 12/20 on the written test to be eligible for the oral test.

How to Apply

Application files must be submitted directly to the commune's registry office against a receipt, or sent by registered mail to: Commune of Ras El Ain, Province of Youssoufia. The deadline for submission is July 17, 2026 at 4:30 PM.

  • Application letter addressed to the President of Ras El Ain Commune.
  • Copy of the required diploma.
  • Copy of national ID card.
  • Curriculum vitae with a recent photo.
  • Two stamped envelopes with the candidate's name and address.
  • Copy of driver's license (category B or C).
  • Authorization from the employing administration for civil servants.
  • Certificate proving status as a resistance member, former military, or dependent (if applicable).
  • Certificate of registration in the register of persons with disabilities (if applicable).
