The municipality of Settat announces the opening of a recruitment competition for three positions of third grade technician scale 9, specializing in civil engineering. Competition Details and Open Positions

This competition is organized in accordance with ministerial decision No. 1168.24 of 27 Shawwal 1445 (May 6, 2024) which sets the conditions, procedures and programs for recruitment competitions for public positions in territorial communities. The three open positions are exclusively reserved for civil engineering technicians of third grade scale 9, with a quota of 25% of these positions allocated to persons with the status of resistance fighter, dependent of the nation, former military or former combatant, and 7% for persons with disabilities according to applicable legislation.

Application Conditions and Required Documents

Candidates must hold the required diploma or certificate in civil engineering, with the obligation to present a certified copy of the diploma. For diplomas and certificates that do not mention the specialty or branch, they must be accompanied by a certificate issued by the awarding institution clearly specifying the specialty. The application file includes the following documents:

• Handwritten request signed by the candidate addressed to the president of Settat municipality
• Copy of national identity card
• Copy of criminal record
• Curriculum vitae with recent photograph
• Two stamped envelopes bearing full name and personal address

For civil servant candidates, written express authorization from the employing administration is mandatory, under penalty of rejection of the application or removal from the final list of successful candidates.

Submission Procedures and Schedule

Application files must be submitted to the human resources department of Settat municipality during official working hours, from the date of publication of the decision until February 27, 2026 before 4:30 PM. Files received after this date or incomplete will not be accepted. Written tests will take place on March 7, 2026 at 9:00 AM at Ar-Razi qualifying high school in Settat city.
