The Al Omrane Group, a strategic public enterprise, announces a regular recruitment for 04 Project Managers (M/F) to join its Holding in Rabat. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced engineers seeking a challenging role in the housing and territorial development sector.

About Al Omrane Group

Al Omrane Group (GAO) is the government's instrument for implementing public policy in housing and territorial development. It manages public programs for social housing and the elimination of insalubrious and informal housing. Comprising a central Holding and regional/local representations, the Group places its human resources at the core of its development strategy.

Project Manager Missions

• Ensure implementation of Group guidelines in engineering and operations monitoring.
• Contribute to action plans, planning, monitoring, and evaluation of activities.
• Consolidate, analyze, and monitor action plans of Al Omrane subsidiaries.
• Participate in developing and implementing innovative technical solutions in construction.
• Establish technical performance indicators and contribute to their improvement.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the central team in technical and strategic management of development and construction projects.
• Participate in operations supervision.
• Contribute to collection, analysis, and consolidation of project technical data.
• Help develop project monitoring dashboards.
• Assist in implementing project management tools and methods (planning, execution monitoring, variance analysis).
• Contribute to drafting technical notes, progress reports, and summary documents.
• Identify risks and propose corrective measures.
• Monitor technical, regulatory, and digital innovations relevant to Group missions.

Eligibility Requirements

• Education: State Engineer degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Bridges & Roads, Building, Public Works, or Hydraulics.
• Experience: Initial experience in technical fields (Civil Engineering and/or Construction) is desirable.
• Geographic mobility required.

Required Skills

Technical:

• Basic knowledge of development and construction project management.
• Proficiency in office and technical tools (Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD).
• Analytical mindset for technical data and operational monitoring.

Behavioral & Managerial:

• Commitment; Team spirit and adaptability; Rigor and organizational skills; Proactivity and initiative; Analytical and synthesis skills; Strong oral and written communication.
