Main Application Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

  • Be ranked at least in the second-class administrator grade or in the engineer framework or in an equivalent index grade
  • Holder of a certificate or diploma allowing access to third-class administrator grade or equivalent
  • Have at least four years of experience as a permanent employee
  • Have previously served as head of department (with possibility of exemption if service requirements demand it)
  • Have completed at least ten years in the national education and preschool education sector

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Developing provincial pedagogical plans in preschool, primary, middle, and qualifying secondary education
  • Establishing the school map at provincial level and determining needs for school buildings and equipment

  • Representing the provincial directorate before all physical and legal persons at provincial level
  • Supervising administrative structures and educational institutions within the territorial jurisdiction of the provincial directorate
  • Evaluating pedagogical work in public and private educational institutions
  • Developing partnership and cooperation initiatives at provincial and local levels

Important Information for Applicants

Application files can be obtained starting January 28, 2026 via the academy website or the public employment portal. Files must be submitted against receipt in five copies for each document at the human resources management department of the academy during public administration working hours, from February 2, 2026 until February 11, 2026 at 4:30 PM.
