Career Opportunity: Project Managers at Al Omrane Group

Al Omrane Group, a strategic public enterprise serving as the state's instrument for implementing government policy in housing and territorial development, announces the opening of three project manager positions at its Rabat Salé Kénitra branch. This represents an exceptional opportunity for experienced engineers to join a leading organization that plays a pivotal role in Morocco's urban development sector.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager

The successful candidate will oversee comprehensive project management, ensuring meticulous planning, milestone tracking, and progress monitoring while adhering to technical specifications, contractual commitments, and applicable regulations. A crucial aspect of the role involves coordinating between all internal and external stakeholders and managing first-level relationships with institutional partners. Maintaining strict oversight of quality standards, budgetary constraints, and project timelines will form the core of daily operations.

Specific duties include participating in feasibility studies, defining project concepts with various stakeholders, and monitoring administrative authorization procedures. The project manager will also contribute to optimizing and validating architectural and technical studies, as well as reviewing tender documents. Regular site meetings, resolution of execution challenges, and implementation of reporting systems for achievements and corrective actions round out the position's comprehensive scope.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must hold a state engineering diploma or equivalent qualification in civil engineering, bridges and roads, building construction, public works, or hydraulics. A minimum of three years of professional experience in the construction and public works sector, with particular emphasis on building projects, is mandatory. The Group emphasizes that only professional experiences directly related to the position's missions and responsibilities will be considered during the pre-selection phase.

Technical and Behavioral Competencies

Proficiency in regulatory procedures governing the real estate sector, project structuring techniques, business plan development, and modern project management methodologies is essential. Familiarity with technical software and information systems such as SAP and AutoCAD is required. Behaviorally, the ideal candidate will demonstrate commitment, teamwork, innovation, agility, and strong customer orientation, complemented by analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills.

Application Process

The application package must include an updated curriculum vitae and a copy of the diploma, accompanied by equivalence documentation for foreign or private degrees. Applications must be submitted exclusively through the Group's online portal at: https://alomrane.gov.ma/Le-groupe/Offre-d-emplois. The deadline for submission is April 1, 2026. Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email regarding subsequent selection procedures, including examination or interview details.

Rooted in the core values of civic engagement, ethics, and solidarity, Al Omrane Group places its human resources at the center of its development strategy. The organization invites qualified professionals to join its talent pool and contribute to advancing Morocco's housing and territorial development landscape through meaningful, impactful work.
