The Ministry of Justice announces the reopening of applications for the position of head of court registry at the First Instance Court of Taroudant, considered as a service within the central administration. Position Details and Responsibilities

The head of court registry position is a key administrative role within the Moroccan judicial system, involving the management and organization of court registry activities. Primary responsibilities include supervising judicial records, organizing court sessions, and ensuring the administrative functioning of the court in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

According to Ministerial Decision number 08/م.م.ب/26 dated January 1, 2016, the tasks and required competencies for this position are defined in the job description attached to the decision. This position demands high administrative and legal skills, along with the ability to coordinate between different court departments.

Application Requirements and Qualifications

Applications are open to permanent civil servants and contract agents who meet the following conditions:

  • The candidate must be ranked at least at the level of second-class judicial delegate, or first-class state engineer, or in one of the equivalent reference grades.
  • They must hold at least a certificate or diploma allowing access to third-class judicial delegate or equivalent grade.
  • They must have two (02) years of effective service as a permanent employee, or three (03) years for contract agents.
  • Permanent civil servants and contract agents performing service head functions at the date of the vacancy announcement may also apply.

Application Procedure and Required Documents

Interested candidates must obtain the application form from the Human Resources Directorate website of the Ministry of Justice at: drh.justice.gov.ma. Application registration must be completed electronically through the dedicated software available on the same website.

The application file must include the following documents:

  • An official application request.
  • Electronic registration receipt.
  • A detailed curriculum vitae including the candidate's qualifications, an overview of their professional background, and the functions and positions held.
  • A work program and methodology proposed by the candidate for managing, developing, and improving the performance of the concerned administrative unit.
  • The opinion of the direct supervisor regarding the candidate's professional competence.

Applications must be registered electronically from December 20, 2025 until March 16, 2026 at 3:00 PM, which is the final deadline for electronic registration. Required documents must be submitted under administrative supervision to the Human Resources Directorate - Personnel Division - Responsibility Positions Management Service, until March 27, 2026.

Additional Important Information

Applications not registered electronically, registered without receipt of required documents, or received after the deadline will be rejected. In accordance with Articles 6 and 9 of Decree number 2.11.681, a special committee will be appointed to conduct selection interviews, with the date and location to be announced later.
