Exciting Leadership Opportunities at the Ministry of Interior
The Ministry of Interior, represented by the Wilaya of the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region, has launched a call for applications to fill 10 head of service positions within the regional affairs secretariat. This initiative is part of the administrative deconcentration policy, as per Decree No. 2.17.618 on the National Charter for Administrative Deconcentration.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a permanent civil servant or contractual agent currently working for the Ministry of Interior and under the general budget.
- Must hold at least the grade of Principal Inspector of the 2nd grade or State Engineer, or an equivalent grade.
- Must possess a diploma allowing access to the grade of Principal Inspector of the 3rd grade or equivalent.
- Must have at least two years of effective service as a permanent employee or three years for contractual agents, as of the date of the decision.
Employees currently serving as head of service may also apply.
Application Process
The application file must include:
- A cover letter with a recent passport photo, accompanied by the direct supervisor's approval and opinion on the candidate's competence.
- A file downloaded from the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma, containing a detailed CV (including qualifications, career path, and previous functions) and a work plan outlining the methodology for managing and developing the relevant administrative unit.
- The appointment decision in the current grade.
- The appointment decision to a responsibility position, if applicable.
- A copy of obtained diplomas.
- A copy of the national ID card.
Applications must be submitted through the administrative hierarchy to the registry office of the Wilaya of Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima before May 15, 2026 at 4:30 PM. Incomplete applications or those sent by other means will not be accepted.
Selection Process
A committee appointed by the Wali will review applications and shortlist candidates for an interview. It is advisable to prepare a comprehensive work plan demonstrating your management skills and vision for the position.
