About the competition

The Ministry of Health and Social Protection, through the regional directorate of health and social protection for the Béni Mellal-Khénifra region, is holding a recruitment competition for the first grade (scale 10) within the nursing and health technician corps. A total of 550 posts are open, and successful candidates are assigned to the territorial jurisdiction of the Béni Mellal-Khénifra regional directorate.

Posts and reserved quotas

Eligibility conditions

• Moroccan nationality.
• Age: at least 18 and no more than 45 on 1 January of the current year.
• Holding a licence diploma issued by one of the higher institutes of nursing professions and health techniques, or the state diploma of the first cycle of paramedical studies issued by one of the institutes for training health sector executives under the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, or an equivalent diploma recognised under the applicable regulatory provisions.

Candidates whose diplomas were not issued by the higher institutes of nursing professions and health techniques or the ministry's health-sector training institutes must provide a copy certified true to the original of the diploma in the required specialty, together with a copy of the equivalence decision published in the Official Bulletin and the documents included in that decision.

• Copy of the diploma issued by the institutions listed above in the required specialty, or a certified true copy accompanied by the equivalence decision and its documents where applicable.
• Copy of the electronic national identity card.
• Certificate of registration on the lists of persons with disabilities, for applicants with disabilities.
• Certified true copy of the certificate proving resistance member, ward of the nation, former soldier or former combatant status, for holders of that status.
• Authorisation to sit the competition for serving civil servants, issued by the employing administration.

• Complete the competition information form on the Ministry of Health and Social Protection website by Thursday 19 November 2026 at the latest.
• Submit the application file on the dedicated electronic platform on the ministry website. The submission deadline is Thursday 19 November 2026 at 16:30; any file submitted after that date will not be considered.

Registration in the dedicated computer application is final and cannot be changed.

Tests

The competition takes place on Sunday 22 November 2026 at 9 a.m. at the Béni Mellal centre and includes:

• A written test.
• A practical test made up of direct or multiple-choice questions related to the required specialties, designed to assess the candidate's ability to perform the tasks or functions of the grade concerned, lasting two hours.

Each test is scored out of 20, and any score equal to or below 5 out of 20 is eliminatory.
