The Ministry of Health and Social Protection, through the Regional Directorate of Health and Social Protection for the Drâa-Tafilalet region, is running a recruitment competition for the first grade (scale 10) within the nursing and health technician cadres. Successful candidates will be assigned within the territorial jurisdiction of that regional directorate. The announcement sets 100 posts across nine specialties, under competition code C 44467/26, with the exam scheduled for Sunday 22 November 2026 at nine in the morning at the Errachidia centre.
The attached table shows that posts are not spread evenly: midwifery accounts for the largest share, while several other specialties share equal quotas of three posts each.
| Specialty | Number of posts |
|---|---|
| Nurse in family health and community health | 15 |
| Nurse in newborn and child care | 3 |
| Nurse in anaesthesia and intensive care | 3 |
| Nurse in emergency care and intensive care | 3 |
| Multidisciplinary nurse | 16 |
| Midwifery | 40 |
| Nurse in mental health | 3 |
| Health and environment technician | 3 |
| Radiology technician | 3 |
| Laboratory technician | 3 |
| Biomedical equipment maintenance technician | 5 |
| Social worker | 3 |
These quotas add up to 89 posts, fewer than the hundred stated in the announcement; the annex also lists other cadres not covered by this competition. The per-specialty figures above should therefore be used.
25% of the open posts are reserved for people holding the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former soldier or former combatant, and 7% for people with disabilities. These quotas do not exempt the beneficiaries from meeting the application conditions or from submitting the documents proving their status.
Candidates whose diplomas were not issued by the higher institutes of nursing professions and health techniques or by the ministry's health-sector cadre training institutes must provide a copy certified true to the original of the diploma in the required specialty, together with a copy of the equivalence decision published in the Official Bulletin and the documents listed in that decision.
The file contains the following documents; any file missing one of the required documents is void:
Applications must be submitted in two electronic stages. First, complete the competition information form on the ministry's website no later than Thursday 19 November 2026. Second, upload the application file to the dedicated electronic platform on the same website; Thursday 19 November 2026 at 16:30 is the final deadline for submission.
Any file uploaded to the platform after that date will not be considered. Registration in the dedicated computer application is also final and cannot be changed.
The lists of candidates admitted to sit the competition are published on the ministry's website and serve as the convocation. They become final two days after publication; no individual invitation is sent by post.
| Test | Content | Duration | Coefficient |
|---|---|---|---|
| Written test | Multiple-choice questions on public health | 2 hours | 2 |
| Practical test | Direct or multiple-choice questions related to the required specialties, assessing the ability to carry out the duties of the grade | 2 hours | 3 |
For each cadre, the list of successful candidates is drawn up within the number of open posts, together with a waiting list, ranked by merit among candidates who obtained an overall average of at least 10 out of 20 in both tests without any eliminatory mark.
Salary: from 6500 to 9000 MAD per month.
