The National Human Rights Council (CNDH) of Morocco, the independent national institution dedicated to protecting and promoting human rights, is organizing a competitive examination for the contractual recruitment of three (03) agents in the Management and Supervision Cadre category (B). This competition is organized pursuant to a set of legal and regulatory texts, primarily Law No. 76-15 concerning the reorganization of the CNDH and Decree No. 2.12.90 relating to required diplomas. It aims to fill three budgetary positions within the Management and Supervision Cadre B category and is open to candidates holding degrees in the required specializations.
Candidates must be of Moroccan nationality and not exceed 45 years of age at the date of effective employment with the Council. They must hold one of the following degrees:
The competition is also open to holders of a 3rd Grade Controller diploma in the public service in one of the mentioned specializations. Proficiency in languages (Arabic, French, English) is mandatory, while prior professional experience in the Council's areas of competence or within regional human rights institutions is considered a desirable asset.
