Job Opportunity: Legal Officer at Al Omrane Group Fes Meknes

Al Omrane Group, the strategic public enterprise responsible for implementing government policy in housing and territorial development, is recruiting for a Legal Officer position (01) at its Fes Meknes company. This professional opportunity is designed for legal professionals seeking to join a dynamic team within a leading institution in Morocco's real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

The appointed legal officer will undertake the following responsibilities:

  • Management of pre-litigation and litigation cases
  • Legal monitoring of files (contracts, disputes, and litigation)
  • Analysis and legal security of contracts and agreements
  • Management of relationships with lawyers, bailiffs, arbitrators, mediators, and legal advisors
  • Preparation of legal studies and consultations
  • Continuous legal and regulatory monitoring
  • Management of legal documentation and archiving
  • Follow-up of expropriation procedures and court attendance when required
  • Preparation of periodic reports and litigation file monitoring
  • Legal advice and assistance to company structures and personnel
  • Review and legal finalization of binding agreements and documents

Position Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

  • Hold a university degree (Bac+4/5) in Law (Business Law, Public Law, or equivalent)
  • Initial professional experience in a law firm, legal consultancy, or legal department of a public or private enterprise is considered an advantage
  • Availability for geographical mobility when necessary

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Mastery of Moroccan law
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate sector regulations (property law, public procurement regulations, Commercial Code, Civil Procedure Code, etc.)
