Required Qualifications and Competencies

  • Higher education diploma qualifying for Administrator 3rd grade - Scale 10 classification
  • Minimum 5 years of effective experience in equivalent leadership positions
  • Comprehensive understanding of Morocco's labor market ecosystem and employment integration challenges
  • Thorough knowledge of incentive measures and employment support programs at national level
  • Advanced project management and team leadership skills
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and professional reporting capabilities
