Application Requirements for Department Head Position

Candidates for the department head position must meet the following conditions:

• Be permanent civil servants or contract agents working at the Ministry of Interior and belonging to the general budget
• Be classified at least as state engineers or in equivalent grade levels, or as second-class controllers or equivalent grades
• Hold a diploma allowing access to state engineer grade or equivalent, or at least a diploma allowing access to third-class controller grade
• Have at least four years of service as permanent staff, or five years for contract agents
• Previous experience as service head is preferred

Application Requirements for Service Head Position

To apply for service head positions, candidates must satisfy these requirements:

• Be permanent civil servants or contract agents working at the Ministry of Interior and belonging to the general budget
• Be classified at least as second-class controllers or state engineers, or in equivalent grade levels
• Hold a diploma allowing access to third-class controller grade or equivalent
• Have at least two years of effective service as permanent staff, or three years for contract agents

• An application request accompanied by a recent photograph, supported by the direct supervisor's approval and opinion on the candidate's competence

  • A copy of obtained diploma or certificate
  • Appointment decision in the current framework
