The Presidency of the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Kingdom of Morocco announces the opening of applications for the position of Head of the Judicial Inspection Unit and Study, Monitoring and Analysis of Judicial Performance and Efficiency Evaluation Reports. This position represents a unique opportunity for experienced professionals in the judicial field to join one of the country's most important judicial institutions.
This announcement is published based on Decision No. 24/10 dated May 28, 2024, which amends and supplements Decision No. 17/11 of December 18, 2017 concerning allowances allocated to persons appointed to positions of responsibility. The announcement also relies on Royal Decree No. 1.17.45 of August 30, 2017 implementing Law No. 33.17 concerning the transfer of competencies from the government authority responsible for justice to the King's Attorney General at the Court of Cassation in his capacity as President of the Public Prosecutor's Office.
Judges classified at least at the exceptional grade, who have exercised functions equivalent to head of division for at least four years, may apply for this mission. Judges classified at the excellent grade are exempt from this last condition.
The application must be registered on the dedicated software of the Presidency of the Public Prosecutor's Office via the specific website, from March 4, 2026 until 3:00 PM on March 18, 2026, which is the final deadline for electronic registration.
A committee is established to study applications and conduct a preliminary selection of up to seven candidates for the announced position, based on application files and after verification of compliance with required conditions. Interviews are then conducted with preselected candidates, who must present their personal vision of the missions to be entrusted to them and means to improve their performance.

Candidates must attach all required documents after scanning them clearly on the dedicated software, and provide their complete application file on the day of selection.
