Job Recruitment: Legal Officer (01 position) at Al Omrane Marrakech-Safi

The Al Omrane Group (Holding d'Aménagement), a strategic public enterprise and the government's instrument for implementing housing and territorial development policies, announces a recruitment competition for a Legal Officer (Cadre Juriste) position at its subsidiary Al Omrane Marrakech-Safi. This recruitment aims to strengthen the legal expertise of the Group, which places human resources at the heart of its development strategy.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing pre-litigation and litigation cases, as well as amicable settlements.
  • Conducting legal studies and consultations.
  • Ensuring legal and regulatory monitoring.
  • Managing legal documentation and archiving.
  • Monitoring deadlines for litigation files.
  • Studying appropriate procedures in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Preparing physical files and defense elements for litigation.
  • Monitoring expropriation procedures and attending court hearings.
  • Controlling notification and execution of judgments.
  • Proposing alternative dispute resolution methods (mediation, arbitration).
  • Managing relationships with lawyers, bailiffs, etc.
  • Contributing to the legal watch system.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Bac+4/5 degree in Law (Business Law, Public Law, etc.).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a law firm, legal consultancy, or legal department of a public or private company.
  • Geographical mobility: required.

Required Skills

Technical skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of law.
  • Knowledge of the institutional and regulatory environment of the Group's activities.
  • Good knowledge of the Dahir of Obligations and Contracts (DOC).
  • Negotiation techniques and drafting of legal documents (Arabic and French).
  • Ability to assess and anticipate the impacts of litigation.

Behavioral and managerial skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication (bilingual).
  • Autonomy in problem-solving.
  • Initiative, teamwork, and confidentiality.
  • Analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, and organization.
