  • Minimum 4 years of service for permanent civil servants, or 5 years for contractual agents within the sector.
  • Previous experience as bureau chief, with possible exemption from this requirement if service necessity dictates.
  • Permanent civil servants and contractual agents currently serving as department heads within the communication sector at the time of vacancy announcement.
