Job Announcement: Director of Services at Sidi Mohamed Benmansour Commune

The commune of Sidi Mohamed Benmansour, located in the province of Kénitra, has announced a recruitment call for the position of Director of Services. This senior administrative role involves overseeing the administrative and financial management of the commune, coordinating between departments, and advising the president of the communal council.

Application Period and Submission

Candidates must submit their application files to the commune's registry office by June 15, 2026, at 4:30 PM. A receipt will be issued upon submission. Applications must be submitted during official working hours.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be a permanent civil servant or contract employee currently working at the commune of Sidi Mohamed Benmansour.
  • Must hold at least the grade of Senior Clerk 2nd class or State Engineer, or an equivalent grade.
  • Must possess a diploma allowing access to the grade of Senior Clerk 3rd class or equivalent.
  • Must have at least 4 years of service as a permanent civil servant or 5 years as a contract employee in state administrations or territorial communities.
  • Must have served as a head of service, although this condition may be waived if required by the service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist the president of the communal council in administrative and financial management, and provide technical and legal advice.
  • Implement decisions of the president within his authority.
  • Make decisions regarding staff management and assignment of tasks.
  • Coordinate work among communal services.
  • Coordinate between the communal council, its subsidiary bodies, and external services.
  • Represent the president in technical meetings.
  • Oversee the preparation of the budget and monitor its execution.
  • Ensure the preservation of archives and official documents.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with legislation, laws, and procedures related to communal councils and management of their services.
  • Managerial Skills: Ability to organize administration, handle administrative and financial management, human resources management, communication, negotiation, and use of information technology.
  • Personal Qualities: Sense of responsibility, organizational skills, initiative, leadership, good listening skills, accuracy, and objectivity.
