Essential Position Information

This leadership role requires a minimum of four years of effective service for permanent employees, or five years for contractual staff, with previous experience in a Service Head position. Candidates must hold a diploma granting access to the third-grade administrator rank or equivalent classification, and be ranked at least in the second-grade administrator or State Engineer category or equivalent indicia arrangement.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

The Cross Laboratories Division Head will undertake a range of critical responsibilities including:

• Supervising and coordinating activities of Biochemistry and Immunochemistry Services, Serology and Allergology Service, and Molecular Biology Service
• Actively participating in achieving strategic objectives of the Biology and Medical Department, particularly the strategic goal of developing specialized Medical Biology
• Ensuring implementation of quality, hygiene, safety, and biosecurity approaches at the Division level
• Planning action plans, monitoring their implementation, and preparing Division activity reports
• Managing administrative activities to ensure smooth Division operations
