Key Responsibilities and Duties
Reporting to the Head of Complaints Service within the Surveillance and Investigations Department, the successful candidate will undertake the following responsibilities:
- Processing complaint files received by the AMMC with precision and efficiency
- Collecting and verifying information relevant to case investigations
- Conducting thorough analysis of financial and legal documents related to complaints
- Preparing detailed analysis sheets for each case handled
- Drafting official responses to complainants and concerned parties
- Regularly updating dashboards and monitoring tools
- Handling judicial requests and legal summons in compliance with established procedures
- Actively participating in cross-functional projects initiated by the AMMC
Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a higher education diploma (Bachelor's +5) in Law, Finance, Economics, Audit, or Risk Management
- The diploma must be issued by a recognized university, public or private school, or engineering school
- Possess at least one year of professional experience in capital markets, financial regulation, or litigation
