About the Company and the Position
Dyar Al Madina, a subsidiary of CDG Développement, has been a key player in social rental housing in Morocco since 1951. With over 60 years of expertise in real estate development and management, the company manages approximately 43,000 housing units across several cities, handling rent collection, maintenance, and upkeep.
As part of its team expansion, Dyar Al Madina is recruiting a Collection Officer (Encaisseur) on a contract basis, based in Rabat. This is a great opportunity to join a leading organization and contribute to providing quality service to tenants.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager of the relevant Management Office, the Collection Officer will:
- Provide quality customer service to tenants and associations.
- Receive all receipts related to his/her portfolio and update them within deadlines.
- Maximize collections.
- Represent the company during enforcement of eviction and repossession judgments, as well as in appraisals.
- Attend technical site visits for damage assessments under insurance company appraisals.
- Follow up on tenant reminders for unit handovers.
- Receive and forward complaints and maintenance requests to the management office.
Required Profile
Education and Experience
- Bac + 2 or Bac + 3 degree in commercial techniques, management, or information systems.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong numerical aptitude.
- Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Rigor, sense of organization, accuracy, and customer service orientation.
- Good command of Arabic and French.
