Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Maximum age of 45 years at the date of publication of the decision.
• Hold a Bac+5 degree (Master's) from a top business and management school (ISCAE, ENCG, ISIC, etc.) or a university degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in institutional communication or media relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the external communication plan.
• Manage media relations and oversee the production and distribution of communication materials (press releases, articles, web content, etc.).
• Contribute to the preparation of reports, publications, and institutional documents.
• Manage and animate digital platforms (website, social media) and analyze their performance.
• Participate in organizing and promoting institutional events.
• Conduct media and digital monitoring, analyze coverage, and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate with external providers and contribute to monitoring actions and budget.
• Prepare activity reports.

Required Skills

• Mastery of institutional communication, media relations, and digital tools.
• Excellent writing skills in French and Arabic.

Exam Dates

The list of selected candidates for the oral test will be published on www.cmr.gov.ma and www.emploi-public.ma. The oral exam will be held during the week of July 7 to 11, 2026 at CMR headquarters (Avenue El Arar, Hay Ryad, Rabat). The interview aims to assess candidates' competencies. Only candidates scoring 12/20 or above will be ranked by merit. If a successful candidate declines, the next candidate on the waiting list will be contacted.
