The President of the National Human Rights Council (CNDH) announces the opening of applications for the position of Head of the Human Resources and Training Division, in accordance with Law No. 76.15 on the reorganization of the CNDH. This role aims to strengthen the institution's HR management and continuous training capabilities.

Eligibility Requirements

• Moroccan nationality.
• Maximum age of 45 years at the date of the competition.
• Master's degree (or equivalent) in HR management or administrative law with at least 5 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in the same field with at least 10 years of experience.
• Professional experience of at least 5 years in HR management.
• Possess the required scientific, cognitive, and managerial qualifications.

• Cover letter addressed to the President of the CNDH, detailing motivations and qualifications.
• Updated CV including academic and professional background.
• Copy of national ID card.
• Certified copies of diplomas, with equivalence decision for foreign degrees.
• Work certificates proving required experience.
• Memorandum on vision and methodology for managing the HR and training division.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted in person to the Registry of the CNDH at 22 Avenue Riyad, Hay Riyad, Rabat, against receipt, no later than June 1, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.

Selection Process

After initial screening, a written test will assess writing skills in Arabic and French, followed by an oral interview with a committee. These tests evaluate the candidate's ability to perform the duties of the position. If a candidate is found not to meet the conditions, they will be replaced by another from the waiting list.
