Key Missions and Responsibilities

The Administrative Manager for Bachelor Programs will be responsible for a variety of administrative and academic tasks including:

  • Managing registrations and comprehensive monitoring of student files for Bachelor programs
  • Preparing certificates, attestations, and tracking absences
  • Organizing exams, collecting grades, and issuing transcripts
  • Communicating jury results and monitoring specific administrative situations
  • Implementing the academic calendar for Bachelor programs
  • Developing and monitoring course and exam schedules with associated logistics
  • Entering and updating student database and schedules in the ERP system
  • Administrative management of external instructors for Bachelor programs
  • Providing necessary data for national and international accreditation files
  • Managing registrations on the Ministry of Higher Education platform
  • Supervising diploma preparation process according to ministerial requirements
  • Participating in communication and promotion activities for Bachelor programs
  • Managing applications, organizing interviews, and drafting meeting minutes
  • Communicating results to candidates and sharing internal statistics
  • Supervising and mentoring the Bachelor programs academic assistant

Required Profile and Competencies

This position requires a combination of academic qualifications and specific professional competencies:

Education and Experience

  • Minimum Bac+5 level diploma in engineering or management
