Job Announcement: Head of Service Positions at Kenitra Prefecture
The Ministry of Interior, represented by the Prefecture of Kenitra, is pleased to announce the opening of applications for seven Head of Service positions. This initiative aims to strengthen administrative capacities and enhance the performance of administrative units within the province.
Available Positions
The positions are distributed across several key services:
- Local Action and Staff Service (under the Division of Territorial Communities)
- Equipment and Infrastructure Service (under the Equipment Division)
- Human Resources and Social Action Service (under the Human Resources and General Means Division)
- Land Service (under the Rural Affairs Division)
- Solidarity Activities and Proximity Issues Service (under the Social Action Division)
- Economic Action and Monitoring Service (under the Economic Affairs and Coordination Division)
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be civil servants or contract agents currently working for the Ministry of Interior and meet one of the following conditions:
- Be classified at least at the grade of Attaché of the 3rd grade or an equivalent grade, hold a degree or diploma allowing access to this grade, and have a minimum of two years of actual service for civil servants, or three years for contract agents.
- Or be civil servants or contract agents classified at the grade of Attaché of the 3rd grade or equivalent, with at least fifteen years of actual service, including at least four years in the aforementioned grade.
How to Apply
Applications must be submitted exclusively through the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma, from the date of this announcement until July 22, 2026, at 4:30 PM. The application file, to be uploaded on the portal, must include:
- An application letter.
- A completed application form accompanied by the approval of the candidate's home administration, including the direct supervisor's assessment of the candidate's competence.
- A work program and methodology outlining how the candidate intends to manage, develop, and improve the performance of the administrative unit.
Note: Any application missing required documents or submitted through any means other than the electronic portal will not be accepted.
Selection Process
A committee appointed by a decision of the Minister of Interior will screen applications meeting the eligibility criteria and conduct selective interviews for shortlisted candidates.

This decision and its annexes are published on the public employment portal and posted at the headquarters of the Kenitra Prefecture and the Human Resources Directorate.
