Recruitment Competition for 35 Judicial Conservators 2nd Grade

The Supreme Judicial Council announces the opening of applications for the recruitment competition of 35 judicial conservators 2nd grade (scale 11) in the communication specialty. This competition represents an exceptional opportunity to join one of the most important constitutional institutions of the Kingdom of Morocco, which plays a central role in ensuring judicial independence and developing the judicial system.

Competition Details and Requirements

The competition will take place on Sunday, April 5, 2026, and may be organized in several cities if the number of candidates justifies it. The application deadline is March 14, 2026 at 4:30 PM, through electronic registration exclusively on the official website https://concours.cspj.ma.

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

  • Meet the requirements specified in Chapter 21 of the general statute of public service
  • Be between 18 and 45 years old on the competition date
  • Hold the required diploma or certificate in communication specialty

Required Documents

Candidates must upload the following documents on the electronic platform:

  • Copy of national identity card
  • Copy of required diploma or certificate (accompanied by copy of equivalence decision if applicable)
  • Curriculum vitae with candidate's photo, mobile phone number, personal address and email address
  • Certificate proving status of resistance fighter, orphan of the nation, former military or former combatant for candidates with this status
  • Certificate issued by the government authority responsible for persons with disabilities for concerned candidates
  • Unconditional authorization to take the competition from the employing administration for civil servants or contractors

Quota and Allocation System

A quota of 5% of the budgetary positions subject to competition is reserved for persons with status of resistance fighter, orphan of the nation, former military or former combatant, and a quota of 7% is reserved for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled" card.

Role of Judicial Conservator

The judicial conservator is an auxiliary judicial function that plays an important role in the judicial system. They are responsible for the preservation, management and disposal of funds, real estate properties, securities, contracts and other documents entrusted by court decision or delivered by law.

In the communication specialty, the judicial conservator acquires advanced skills in institutional and judicial communication, enabling them to perform their duties with high efficiency and deal with various stakeholders transparently and professionally.

The Supreme Judicial Council

The Supreme Judicial Council is a constitutional institution established by the Moroccan Constitution of 2011. It is the body responsible for managing judges' affairs and ensuring the independence of the judicial power. The Council works to develop the judicial system and improve its performance, and supervises the continuous training of judges and judicial staff.

The final list of admitted candidates is published on the electronic websites www.emploi-public.ma and www.cspj.ma immediately after the examination of appeals.
