The Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication - Department of Culture announces a recruitment competition for 3 grade A lecturer positions on scale 11. This represents an exceptional opportunity for specialists in music and choreographic art to join a leading educational institution that contributes to preserving and developing Moroccan cultural heritage.
The examination will take place on May 8, 2026 at the National Higher Institute of Music and Choreographic Art located at the intersection of Moulay Rachid Street, Patrice Lumumba Street and El Mansour Eddahbi Alley (near Mohammed V Theater) in Rabat, starting at 10:00 AM. The competition is open to Moroccan nationality candidates holding a PhD, State Doctorate or recognized equivalent degree in the following specialties:
Non-civil servant candidates must be at least 18 years old and at most 45 years old, while this condition does not apply to civil servant candidates.
25% of positions are reserved for candidates with the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military or former combatant, and 7% for persons with disabilities. Candidates must complete their electronic application file by registering on the depot.emploi-public.ma website and uploading required documents in PDF format by April 3, 2026 at 4:30 PM at the latest.
The application file consists of two main parts:
The paper file must be deposited at the National Higher Institute of Music and Choreographic Art, including the same documents as the electronic file plus five copies of the PhD thesis and five copies of the complete research work.
The lists of candidates admitted to take the competition as well as final results will be published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma and the ministry website www.mjcc.gov.ma. The lists of admitted candidates serve as examination summons.
It should be noted that all application files not registered electronically, registered without uploading required documents, submitted after deadlines or not meeting required conditions will not be considered.
