Key Responsibilities and Duties
The successful candidate will serve citizen-clients and partners while contributing to enhancing the group's customer experience. Primary responsibilities include:
- Identifying potential clients and maintaining an updated prospects database.
- Establishing contact with prospects and following up for product commercialization.
- Welcoming, informing, and advising citizen-clients professionally.

- Managing and developing a client portfolio strategically.
- Achieving commercial performance indicators outlined in individual objective contracts.
- Participating in the preparation of marketing brochures and advertisements.

- Managing relationships with internal stakeholders (technical teams, headquarters, agencies) and external partners (notaries, banks).
- Contributing to the organization of open days, promotional campaigns, and special events.

- Participating in regular website updates for agency-managed products.
- Conducting competitive intelligence monitoring and providing periodic information updates.

Required Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree plus 4/5 years (State Diploma or equivalent) in Commerce, Marketing, or Management.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in commercial and/or marketing fields.
- Geographical mobility as required by the position.
Technical Skills:
- Mastery of prospecting and commercialization techniques.
