Job Role and Key Responsibilities

The appointed manager will undertake a range of vital duties focused on supporting and enhancing the commercial performance of the Group and its subsidiaries. These responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Subsidiary Companies in achieving their action plans and commercial objectives.
  • Overseeing the implementation of commercial plans and programs for subsidiaries.
  • Motivating and guiding sales teams while ensuring the dissemination of best commercial practices.
  • Participating in the development of objective contracts for Subsidiary Companies.
  • Anticipating risks, analyzing gaps, and diagnosing causes for unmet targets to propose corrective actions.
  • Organizing commercial and promotional events for the Group.
  • Assisting subsidiaries in project launches and marketing initiatives.
  • Managing the prospect database and handling citizen requests via the electronic platform.
  • Representing the Group at national and international events.

Required Qualifications and Conditions

To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5 minimum) in Commerce, Marketing, or Management.
  • At least three years of professional experience in the Commercial or Marketing field.
  • Geographical mobility as required by the role.
