Job Details

The Ministry of Equipment and Water announces a call for applications for 15 Head of Service positions within its central services. This initiative is part of the administrative modernization and leadership capacity building. Applications are open to ministry employees who meet the required conditions.

Required Conditions

• Be a permanent civil servant or contract agent at the Ministry of Equipment and Water.
• Hold at least the grade of Principal Inspector (2nd grade), State Engineer, or equivalent.
• Possess a diploma or certificate allowing access to the grade of Principal Inspector (3rd grade) or equivalent.
• Have at least two years of effective service as a permanent employee or three years as a contract agent.

Available Positions

Positions are spread across several directorates and departments, including: Human Resources Directorate, Information Systems Directorate, Studies and Development Directorate, etc. Missions include information management, strategic studies, training, and information security.

Application files must be deposited with the Human Resources Directorate in five copies, no later than July 8, 2026, at 4:30 PM. The file includes a cover letter with CV using form NP-MV3, and a work program with methodology using form 712-1574.

Selection Committee

A committee appointed by ministerial decree will review complete files and conduct selection interviews. Results will be published on emploi-public.ma and the ministry's official website.
