Essential application conditions

The announcement targets two categories of candidates: national executives from state services, public institutions and companies, and local authorities, and permanent staff from ONCA. Each category has specific conditions to fulfill.

Conditions for first category

• Be classified at administrator 2nd grade at minimum, or state engineer, or equivalent grades with similar index
• Hold a diploma allowing access to administrator 3rd grade or equivalent grade
• Have at least two years of service as permanent staff
• Have confirmed experience related to position missions

Conditions for second category

• Be classified at administrator 3rd grade or equivalent grades with similar index
• Have at least 15 years of service including at least 4 years as administrator 3rd grade or equivalent

Missions and responsibilities

Missions vary according to position nature, with provincial service head focusing on planning and coordination at provincial level, while center head focuses on implementation and field monitoring.

Provincial service head missions

• Participate in establishing annual regional plan and ensure its implementation at provincial level
• Program agricultural consultation activities and support their execution and monitoring between agricultural consultation centers
• Ensure coordination between all agricultural consultation centers at provincial level
• Ensure reporting of agricultural consultation activities at provincial level

Agricultural consultation center head missions

• Participate in establishing local annual action plan and monitor its execution
• Participate in monitoring agricultural campaign and transmit related information
• Raise awareness and accompany farmers in creating agricultural professional organizations
• Conduct information campaigns about plant and animal production sectors
• Accompany pillar II projects and support aggregation
• Ensure permanent reporting of all consultation activities

Required skills

These leadership positions require a set of fundamental skills, including thorough knowledge of agricultural sector and agricultural consultation, analysis and synthesis capabilities, proactivity, anticipation capacity, as well as initiative spirit and teamwork.
