Key Position Information

The workplace is located at the headquarters of the Marrakech-Safi Regional Investment Center, John Kennedy Avenue, Jnane El Harti in Marrakech. Main Duties and Responsibilities

The recruited advisor will be responsible for a set of crucial missions facilitating investment operations in the region:

• Providing support and advice to investors regarding urban regulations and compliance
• Analyzing urban and land feasibility of proposed investment projects
• Preparing detailed analysis reports and notes on urban and land aspects of projects
• Coordinating with relevant administrations and stakeholders to streamline access to land information
• Contributing to the development and updating of digital mapping and geographic information systems
• Participating in technical committees with local and national partners
• Representing the Center in various commissions and meetings related to the field of expertise

Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Diploma in Surveying Engineering from an institution recognized by the state
• Minimum of two years professional experience in the field
• Previous experience in public institutions will be an advantage
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Good knowledge of Moroccan urban planning and land legislation and regulations

The Marrakech-Safi Regional Investment Center is a public institution that plays a key role in stimulating regional investment, facilitating procedures and providing necessary support to investors.
