The National Agency for the Development of Oasis Zones and the Argan Tree (ANDZOA) announces a recruitment competition for two management positions in the Purchasing and Logistics Service, under the Administrative Department of the Administrative and Financial Directorate. Position Overview

According to Decision No. 081/ANDZOA/DG dated February 10, 2026, issued in Erfoud, the agency is launching a regular recruitment competition for two management positions. The position is based in Erfoud and falls under the Administrative and Financial Directorate of the agency.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Moroccan nationality
• Age between 18 and 45 years at the time of recruitment
• Hold a master's degree (bac+5) in one of the following specialties: Management, Accounting, Audit, or Finance, issued by the Higher Institute of Commerce and Business Administration (ISCAE) or the National School of Commerce and Management (ENCG)
• Professional experience in the field of public procurement

Key Responsibilities

Under the authority of the Head of Purchasing and Logistics Service, the manager will be responsible for implementing, executing, and monitoring procurement, purchasing, logistics, and asset management operations for the agency. Key activities include:

• Managing the agency's procurement needs
• Managing relationships with service providers and suppliers
• Participating in launching, monitoring, and processing tender calls
• Developing special prescription documents and consultation regulations
• Preparing and publishing notices on the public procurement portal and in newspapers
• Participating in bid openings
• Preparing information statements related to competitors
• Preparing various actions related to contract awarding, contracting, and settlement

Any incomplete file or file not meeting requirements will be automatically rejected.

Competition Process

Candidates meeting the requirements will be invited to take a written examination. Only candidates successful in the written exam will be invited for an oral interview. The examination date will be announced later.
