The Ministry of Interior - Chefchaouen Province - is organizing a recruitment competition for two second-grade administrator positions, scale 11, specialized in French private law. This professional opportunity targets graduates in legal sciences who wish to join the Moroccan territorial administration. Successful candidates will be assigned to various administrative units within the province or to the general secretariat of the prefecture.
This competition is open to Moroccan nationals aged between 18 and 45 years as of January 1st of the current year. Candidates must hold, at the time of registration, a diploma of advanced graduate studies, a specialized graduate studies diploma, a master's degree, or a specialized master's degree in French private law, or an equivalent qualification according to current regulatory provisions.
25% of the budgeted positions are reserved for individuals with the status of resistance fighter, nation's ward, former military personnel, or former combatant. 7% of positions are reserved for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card.

Only candidates who obtain a minimum average of 12/20 in the written examination are admitted to the oral examination.
Applications must be submitted exclusively on the public employment website https://depot.emploi-public.ma during the period from March 11 to March 30, 2026, at 4:30 PM. The application must include a copy of the required diploma, a copy of the electronic national identity card, and the candidate's curriculum vitae.
The competition is organized on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at Al-Khawarizmi Technical High School in Chefchaouen, and possibly at other centers to be determined later. The lists of candidates admitted to take the competition are published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma, this publication serving as a summons to the tests. The results of the written examination and final results, including the waiting list, are published on the same portal.
