The territorial commune of M'Hamid El Ghizlane, located in Zagora province, announces a recruitment competition for the position of Technician (3rd grade, scale 9) for the fiscal year 2026. Three positions are available in the specialty of civil engineering.

Eligibility Requirements

• Moroccan nationality and full civil rights.
• Age between 18 and 40 years as of January 1, 2026 (maximum age can be extended to 45 years for those with prior service).
• Hold a specialized technician diploma in civil engineering or an equivalent recognized certificate.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted in person to the commune's registry office or sent by registered mail to the commune address no later than July 10, 2026. Incomplete or late applications will be rejected.

Competition Exams

The competition consists of written exams covering general topics and the civil engineering specialty, followed by an oral interview. A score below 5 out of 20 in any written exam is eliminatory. Candidates with an average of at least 12 out of 20 in the written exams will be eligible for the oral test.
