Recruitment Competition for Technician (3rd Grade) – Kouzemt Commune

The commune of Kouzemt, located in the province of Chichaoua, announces a recruitment competition to fill two positions of technician (3rd grade, scale 9) in the following specialties: software development, information systems, and computer networks. This initiative aims to strengthen the commune’s digital capabilities and improve public service delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must hold Moroccan nationality, be between 18 and 40 years old as of January 1, 2026 (age limit may be extended to 45 for those with prior public service), and possess a specialized technician diploma in one of the required fields or an equivalent certificate recognized by the relevant regulations. No other diploma or certificate of success will be accepted.

Competition Exams

The competition consists of a written test and an oral or practical test:

• Written test: A general topic or multiple-choice questions related to the duties of the position or the competencies of local authorities (duration: 3 hours, coefficient: 4).
• Oral or practical test: Focused on various subjects to assess the candidate’s ability to perform the tasks associated with the grade (duration: 30 minutes, coefficient: 3).

A score below 5/20 on the written test is disqualifying. Only candidates scoring at least 12/20 on the written test are eligible for the oral test. Final selection requires an overall average of at least 10/20.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted in person to the commune’s registry office (receipt provided) or sent by registered mail to: Commune de Kouzemt – Caïdat d’Ichmerarn. Submission opens on the date of publication of this decision and closes on August 19, 2026 (postmark date is considered). The application file must include:

• A written application (full name, permanent address, phone number, email, signature).
• A copy of the specialized technician diploma or equivalent certificate.
• A copy of the national identity card.
• A CV with a recent photograph.
• Authorization from the employing administration (for current civil servants).
• A certificate proving status as a resistance fighter, ward of the nation, or former military (if applicable).
• A certificate of registration on the list of persons with disabilities (if applicable).
• Any document proving the required scientific skills and competencies.

If the diploma does not specify the specialty, a certificate from the issuing institution clearly indicating the field must be attached.
