The Ait Naamane Commune in El Hajeb province, Fès-Meknès region, is organizing a recruitment competition to fill one position of third grade technician, scale 9. This professional opportunity targets specialists in civil engineering and major works who wish to join the municipal administration and contribute to territorial development.
According to decision number 03 dated February 2, 2026 issued by the Beni M'Tir command, the competition tests will take place on April 5, 2026 at 8:30 AM at the El Hajeb vocational training center or other centers to be determined later. Only one position is available, with 25% of positions reserved for individuals with resistance fighter status, nation's dependents, or former military personnel, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a disability card.

The competition consists of two main phases:
The written test lasts three hours and covers general topics or multiple-choice questions related to the position or its specialties. A score out of 20 is awarded for the written test, and only candidates achieving at least 12/20 are eligible for the oral test.
This test aims to evaluate the candidate's knowledge of the grade subject to competition, with a coefficient of 3. The jury establishes the list of successful candidates within the limit of available positions and a waiting list, ranked by merit among candidates achieving an overall average of at least 10/20.

The list of candidates admitted to the competition and the results will be published on the public employment portal www.emploipublic.ma and on the General Directorate of Territorial Communities portal www.collectivites-territoriales.gov.ma. This publication serves as official summons for all test phases.
Candidates definitively admitted must complete their files with required administrative documents for public service appointment. If a declared successful candidate does not meet participation conditions, they will be replaced by another candidate on the waiting list meeting the required conditions, according to merit order.
