Aïn Beïda Municipality is organizing a recruitment competition for a 4th grade technician position, scale 8, specializing in civil engineering and major works. The competition will take place on Sunday, May 3, 2026, at 9:00 AM at An-Nasr Qualifying High School in Aïn Beïda Municipality, with the possibility of being held at another public institution within the municipal territory if necessary. Candidates must meet the following conditions:
The tests will consist of a general subject or questions discussed with the candidate by the competition jury, focusing on assessing their ability to perform functions related to territorial community competencies. The examination duration ranges between 15 and 45 minutes, designed to measure both practical and theoretical competencies of candidates.
The municipality has reserved 25% of the position for individuals with the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military personnel, or former combatant. Additionally, 6% is reserved for persons with disabilities holding a disability card issued according to Article 8 of Decree No. 2.97.218.
