Examination Details and Requirements

The competition is open to Moroccan citizens aged 18 to 40 years, holding a specialized technician diploma in digital development or an officially recognized equivalent qualification. A quota of 25% of positions is reserved for resistance fighters, family members of martyrs, former military personnel, and veterans, while 7% is allocated to persons with disabilities holding a disability card.

Examination Stages

The competition consists of two main phases:

• Written test: Multiple-choice questions (MCQ) covering functional tasks, responsibilities of the Ministry of Interior, and the required specialization, lasting three hours.
• Oral and/or practical test: Candidates discuss various topics with the examination committee or undergo a practical test in the specialization to assess their ability to perform duties associated with the grade.

A minimum score of 12/20 in the written test is required to qualify for the oral examination.

Candidates must register through the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma) from February 9, 2026 to February 23, 2026 at 4:30 PM. They must attach a copy of the required diploma, a copy of their national identity card, and their curriculum vitae.

Important Additional Information

For holders of foreign diplomas or those issued by private institutions, it is necessary to attach the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette. Public administration employees must submit their participation request accompanied by approval from their administration.

The list of candidates admitted to the examination will be published on the electronic portal, and this publication serves as official summons. The results of the written test will also be published on the same portal.

The tests will take place on Sunday, March 29, 2026 at Khnata Bent Bakkar Technical High School in Tit Mellil, Province of Médiouna.
