Guisser Commune under Settat Province within the Casablanca-Settat region announces the opening of applications for the position of 4th grade technician, scale 8. This important administrative position falls within the framework of regular recruitment and targets specialists in IT development and network maintenance, offering an exceptional opportunity to join the Moroccan public service.
This competition is organized in accordance with a set of legal texts governing recruitment in public administrations and territorial collectivities in Morocco, including the Royal Decree No. 1.58.008 of 4 Sha'ban 1377 (February 24, 1958) constituting the general statute of the civil service, and Decree No. 2.11.621 of 28 Dhu al-Hijjah 1432 (November 25, 2011) setting the conditions and procedures for recruitment competitions to public positions. It also relies on the decision of the Minister of Interior No. 1168.24 of 27 Shawwal 1445 (May 6, 2024) which determines the conditions, procedures and programs of recruitment competitions to public positions in collectivities.
Candidates must be of Moroccan nationality, aged at least 18 years and at most 40 years as of January 1 of the current year, with the possibility of extending the upper age limit for a period equivalent to valid or regularizable service periods for retirement without exceeding 45 years. They must also hold the diploma or certificate required for access to the 4th grade technician position, with no consideration given to success certificates and no acceptance of any diploma or certificate that does not correspond to the required level or specialization.

Application files must be submitted at the headquarters of Guisser Municipal Council in Settat South Circle during public administration working hours, from the date of publication of this decision until March 13, 2026 at 4:30 PM. This date constitutes the final deadline for acceptance and submission of applications, and any file not containing the required documents or submitted after the deadline will be rejected.
The list of admitted candidates for the competition and the announcement of results will be published on the public employment website www.emploi-public.ma and the portal of the General Directorate of Territorial Collectivities www.collectivités-territoriales.ma, this publication serving as summons for candidates to take the tests with indication of the date and place of the competition.
Four positions are open within this competition, with 25% of these positions reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, nation's ward, or former military personnel, and 7% for disabled persons holding a disabled assisted person identification card in accordance with the provisions of Article 8 of Decree No. 2.97.218 of 18 Sha'ban 1418 corresponding to September 19, 1997.
The competition will take place on Sunday, April 5, 2026 at 9:00 AM at the headquarters of Guisser Qualifying High School located in Guisser center in Settat province.
