Job Opportunity: Grade 3 Technician Scale 9 at Iznaguen Commune

The Iznaguen Commune in Ouarzazate Province announces a recruitment competition for two positions (02) as Grade 3 Technician Scale 9. This opportunity targets holders of specialized technical diplomas in civil engineering, major works, and IT development, representing an excellent career prospect in the Moroccan public sector.

Competition and Recruitment Details

According to Decision No. 67/2026 dated January 74, 2026, the commune is organizing this competition under regular recruitment procedures. The examination will take place on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Iznaguen Community School or other institutions if necessary. The total number of positions available in the competition is three (03), distributed between two Grade 3 technicians and one Grade 4 technician.

Application Conditions and Requirements

Candidates must be Moroccan nationals, aged at least 18 years and not more than 40 years as of January 1 of the current year. An extension of the maximum age limit is possible for a period equivalent to valid or potentially valid service periods for retirement purposes, not exceeding 45 years. Candidates must also hold the required diploma or certificate for accessing the grades concerned by the competition.

Diplomas must be issued by vocational training institutions established according to Decree 2.86.325 of January 9, 1987, or by one of the institutions issuing equivalent certificates as listed under the provisions of Decree No. 2.12.90 of April 30, 2012.

Application files must be submitted directly to the commune's registry office against a receipt, or sent by registered mail to the following address: "Headquarters of Iznaguen Commune, Ousselsate Command, Ouarzazate Province." Applications must be submitted during public administration working hours, from the date of decision publication until Friday, March 13, 2026 at 4:30 PM.

Special Quotas for Specific Categories

A quota of 92.5% of these positions is reserved for persons with resistance fighter status, wards of the nation, or former military personnel, and 7% for disabled persons holding a disabled person card issued according to the provisions of Article 8 of Decree No. 2.97.218 of 18 Sha'ban 1418 corresponding to September 19, 1997.
