The Regional Development Company Marrakech Region Sport S.A. is recruiting a Technical Manager for Sports Equipment (Responsable Technique des Équipements Sportifs) to strengthen its human capital. This is a contract-based position with a key role in ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of the stadium's technical installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise technical installations: electrical, audio, video, and broadcast systems.
• Ensure compliance with FIFA standards and international safety regulations.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans for critical equipment.
• Coordinate with external contractors and internal teams during sports events.
• Oversee hydraulic networks, drainage, and automated irrigation systems.
• Prepare technical reports and participate in budget planning.

Required Profile

• Master's degree in electrotechnical engineering or equivalent (Bac+5).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical installations and technical infrastructure.
• Experience in sports or event infrastructure is a plus.
• Proficiency in French is mandatory; technical English is an advantage.
• Knowledge of centralized technical management systems (GTC).
• Strong sense of responsibility, reactivity, and teamwork.
