Exciting Job Opportunity in Sports Infrastructure
The Regional Development Company Marrakech Region Sport S.A. is recruiting a Technical Manager for Sports Equipment (Responsable Technique des Équipements Sportifs) to strengthen its human capital. This is a contract-based position with a key role in ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of the stadium's technical installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise technical installations: electrical, audio, video, and broadcast systems.
- Ensure compliance with FIFA standards and international safety regulations.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans for critical equipment.
- Coordinate with external contractors and internal teams during sports events.
- Oversee hydraulic networks, drainage, and automated irrigation systems.
- Prepare technical reports and participate in budget planning.
Required Profile
- Master's degree in electrotechnical engineering or equivalent (Bac+5).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical installations and technical infrastructure.
- Experience in sports or event infrastructure is a plus.
- Proficiency in French is mandatory; technical English is an advantage.
- Knowledge of centralized technical management systems (GTC).
- Strong sense of responsibility, reactivity, and teamwork.
